The conferences organized by A.N.F. Entreprendre are designed to provide an opportunity for discussion with speakers of the highest quality.

It's also a chance to meet other A.N.F. members and discuss business issues (starting at 8:45pm).

Are you wondering about the empowerment of management or employees in the workplace ? Would you like to understand the managerial revolution within companies?
Jean-Dominique Sénard will address the many issues at stake, including :
  • The trust economy,
  • Purpose and collective meaning,
  • Individual responsibility and decision-making,
  • The managerial revolution in the workplace,
The conclusion will also provide an opportunity to discusssocial policy in France.
Jean-Dominique Senard graduated from HEC business school in 1976 with a master's degree in law, before serving as an officer in the 2nd Hussar Regiment.
In 1979, he joined Compagnie française des pétroles (Total Group) in a management control capacity. From 1987 onwards, he held a number of finance management positions within the Saint-Gobain group.
In 2003, Jean-Dominique Senard was appointed CEO of Pechiney, then member of the Executive Committee of the Canadian group Alcan.
In 2005, he became CFO of Michelin. In 2012, he succeeded Michel Rollier as Group Chairman.
In 2018, he and former CFDT General Secretary Nicole Notat submitted a report on the role of business in French society to Economy Minister Bruno Le Maire.
In 2019, Jean-Dominique Senard becomes Chairman of French carmaker Renault. He is also head of the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance.

This conference is open to active A.N.F. members and non-members alike. Please do not hesitate to send them this invitation.

The conference will also be broadcast via Google Meet for those unable to attend. In this case, you must be a member of A.N.F. or have already contacted A.N.F. Entreprendre (anf-entreprendre@anf.asso.fr ).
