In 1954, after her plane crashed, Geneviève de Gallard found herself a prisoner in the Dien Bien Phu camp. For almost two months, this young nurse treated soldiers with self-sacrifice and exemplarity.

Refusing to be released by the victors until all the wounded had been repatriated, her act of courage and dedication would make her a living legend.

Nathalie Tinjod, international civil servant with the European Space Agency (ESA), and François-Eric Gendron, renowned European actor, Bérangère de Beaucoudrey, communications director and then strategy consultant, took part in the exercise with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Driven by the same passion for aeronautics and history, committed to the Army-Nation bond and to young people, these ambassadors have become transmitters of history and relays of memory.
