New: Electronic sponsorships

A.N.F. members can now sponsor candidates electronically.
To do so, candidates must provide the list of their sponsors to the commissioner in charge of their file, who then sends the form to the sponsors by e-mail. Sponsors can then sign electronically via their smartphone or computer in just a few clicks.
However, paper sponsorships are still possible for those who wish to do so.
